Our manufacturing

We take care of the creation of the product at 360 degrees, in all its aspects. The first phase is dedicated to market research or listening to the customer's needs. After that, we study the recipe and experiment with combinations. Then after choosing the raw materials, we move on to the actual production in the laboratory. The last step is decoration and packaging, which can also be customized if requested.

Italian chocolate is known all over the world. Castelvedere is the standard-bearer of high-quality confectionery products, made with excellent and also eco-sustainable raw materials, Rainforest certified, to guarantee the sustainability of their production, and Fairtrade, that is, at least 20% coming from suppliers certified for positive impact in developing countries. Our products are therefore artisanal, strictly Made in Italy and also ethical... as well as delicious of course!

Since October 2023, the Castelvedere laboratory has been equipped with a 100KW photovoltaic system, innovative and cutting-edge, capable of covering over 70% of the company's energy consumption. An important choice for the immediate future, to protect the territory, which fully embraces the management's desire to obtain increasingly green and sustainable production, as well as ethically correct.

We have a team of commercial agents that covers the entire national territory in a capillary way and not only, in recent years we have also started to acquire Customers from Germany, Belgium, France, England and Saudi Arabia. The commercial relationship begins with the meeting between the agent and the Customer to better understand needs and opportunities, thus discussing quantities, prices and delivery times. That agent will then be the constant and continuous reference for any information or request.
